Right, menu time. Or recipe time? Meh, one of the above, delete as applicable, etc.

John's "How to cheer up after losing your job" fry-up (aka "That dot you can see in the distance is your diet plan disappearing over the horizon"):

6 Quorn sausages
6 Morningstar "Streaky Strips" (fake bacon)
3 fried eggs
1 can of baked beans
1 pint of Coke

Now to be followed by "A Knight's Tale" on DVD.
