Another week on the diet, and I've lost another 0.8kg (about 1.76lb). That's less drastic than last week, so I think this is probably the kind of steady loss I can expect from now on. Anyway, now that I've kept it up for two weeks, I think I'm basically back in the routine, so I should be able to sustain it for the long haul.

Actually, I doubt it'll continue at that pace; I'd give it another couple weeks to settle down. You need a 7700kcal deficit to lose a kg of fat.
