Another week on Weight Watchers, and I've lost another 0.4kg, bringing me down to 85.9kg. That's not bad - I've had to do a bit of guesswork about my points during the week (e.g. "how much are 3 hula hoops and a small handful of peanuts?" at a christening yesterday), and I probably went slightly over quota, so I'm happy with a small improvement. That now means that I've hit target #2, by re-attaining my 25lb goal based on last year's starting weight. Meanwhile, the 34" waist trousers (smart/jeans) are going ok - a little bit tight, but I can sit down for a few hours at a time without them splitting or anything, and presumably they will get more comfortable as time goes by.
