Doing my weekly weigh in this morning, I've gone up a bit since last week (85.9kg to 86.1kg). I did go slightly over quota, so I can live with that. What's more interesting is that my body fat percentage now puts me at the upper limit of the healthy range, i.e. according to my scales I'm no longer overweight. According to the BMI scale I'm still at the lower end of the overweight range, so I think I'm borderline whichever way it works out, but this is an encouraging sign.
