Well, it's been a pretty SJA-heavy weekend so far. I was off on duty at a Fathers' Fun Day yesterday, and then I stayed up late in the evening to finish off my pre-read assessment for the ambulance aid course. After that, I got to bed at about 1am, and my alarm went off at 4am this morning to wake me up for the London-Brighton bike ride. This led to slightly strange mealtimes (breakfast at 5am, lunch at 10:30), and we finished there at about noon, then I went on to my second duty at an athletic meeting (finishing at about 17:30).

All in all, a productive weekend, but now I think I can do with an early night.
