Focussing is a more general purpose term for what I had in mind (the title of the newspaper article). Use a Focus-DRS for this. See chapter 3 of Blackburn/Bos part II. Fortunately, I didn't claim this as my innovation (otherwise I'd look pretty stupid!) - I should now refer back to it in the final report, giving it the proper name, and citing a bibliographic reference.
That's a direct quote from the report, as submitted. In retrospect, I really should have made time to proof-read it before sending it to the printers... Ah well, in a twisted way it makes me more optimistic about this year's report, since it shouldn't be too hard to improve on that. And I can recognise the irony.
