In entertainment news, I went to see "Bride and Prejudice" a couple of weeks ago, which I thought was great. It took a little while to get used to the genre convention of people breaking into song spontaneously, but "No wife, no life" was extremely funny. I've also been watching "Lilo and Stitch" (the series) on TV, which is one of the best movie spin-offs I've seen. I think Gantu is the most interesting character there, as a misdirected hero; he also gets some of the best lines ("I'm not wearing any ... underwear"). I'll probably go to watch "Alien vs Predator" soon; I don't have high expectations for it, based on what I've heard from other people who've seen it, but that may work in its favour.
